Description: My chair class begins seated with a short dharma talk (philosophy) and light stretching, we progress to a standing practice which covers most of the common poses with principals of alignment for strength and balance with the aid of the chair.
Each class concludes with a short meditation and a soothing rest, savasana. Upon completion of rehab and or physical therapy this class can be a gentle way to ease back into a regular exercise routine.
All ages welcome.

Individual Class description:
My private students learn yoga at their own comfortable pace. I’ll plan their class according to their ability, their energy level, or simply what they feel like doing that particular day. It can be a slow gentle restorative class, other times more vigorous with longer stronger holds, or perhaps a combination of all.
At times we focus solely on breathing and meditation. Upon completion of rehab and or physical therapy yoga can be a gentle way to ease back into a regular exercise routine. Yoga’s basic principals are taught to the beginner without any pressure and helps prepare them for a group class.
For the student with experience its a way to focus on specific’s and move deeper into their practice.
My Private group class includes: couples, families, neighbors, Office stretch and or meditation yoga, and party get together yoga!
The description for the single class, applies to the group class as well.
